Thank you for agreeing to use LoveDetailing Ltd. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions and in instructing us you confirm that you have read the below prior to work commencing. 

Service Usage:
Our vehicle detailing service is available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Booking and Payment:
You can book our services through our website, app, or by contacting us directly. Payment is due upon completion of the service and can be made using various methods, including cash, card, or bank transfer.

Service Completion:
We aim to complete the detailing service within the agreed timeframe. However, this may vary depending on the condition and size of the vehicle – we cannot be held liable for any delays to completion of service caused either due to issues outside of our control (for example, illness, force majeure, or acts of negligence  or a failure to provide accurate or timely information on your part). 

Liability: 

 While we take every care to provide a high-quality service, we cannot be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or belongings unless caused by negligence on our part. You commit in signing this agreement that you have all of the required legal documentation, vehicle ownership papers and have the right to instruct work on the vehicle prior to the commencement of services including your vehicle insurance as necessary. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to your vehicle as a result of the vehicle being left secured in a public place either before or after service has commenced or been completed.

Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and in writing if requested.

Data Protection:

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please request a copy of our Data Protection policy if required. 

Working Environment (Health & Safety): 

Whilst we are a mobile business, we will need to work with you in an environment which is safe and fit for purpose.

We will require:

  1. Access to power or somewhere where we can safely plug in an extension cable,

  2. Space to work safely on your vehicle. This means we cannot work on a busy main road, a road where your vehicle cannot be safely parked, or in a non-private place such as a pay and display or multi-story car park or other similar venue. 

  3. If you are unsure whether your venue will be suitable, please let us know so that we can discuss any necessary requirements with you and agree a mutually suitable alternative if necessary.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

In working with us you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of payment – which we may need to alter from time to time.

All bookings must be secured by a deposit – either by card payment or bank transfer. No work can commence until a deposit is paid in full.

Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

In the event that we have to cancel or amend your booking due to an unavoidable incident on our part (such as traffic, illness, act of God, force majeure or other such event), we will arrange to transfer your deposit to another suitable and mutually agreed date provided the location and type of work can be safely carried out (as per clause 1 above). If this will not be possible then we will arrange a refund to you as soon as possible (usually within 5-10 working days).

Payment of a deposit deems that you have read the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.

An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided which you will have been supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken and interest will be charged at the prevailing Bank of England rate as well as you being held liable for costs for recovery in the event that payments are not received within the timeframe we have agreed with you.

Vehicle Condition:

In agreeing to us working with you, it is understood that your quotation is based on the agreed condition of your vehicle in advance.

If the interior of the vehicle is heavily soiled (for example mud, bodily fluids ,rubbish, mess caused by a pet, paint, and/or other surfaces, then the cost to carry out our service could vary. You will be notified of the added costs and invoice will be adjusted.

If you are aware of any of the above before booking, we advise to advise us prior to booking so that we can provide a fair estimate and costing. If not, the cost of service will be determined by us and notified to you before carrying this out.

We reserve the right to either suspend or cease any works on a vehicle which is either presented to us in an unsafe condition, or where the work presented is not as described.

A Good Working Environment: 

Our customers, team members and anyone we work with have the right to operate in a respectful working environment. We take a zero-tolerance approach to inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to:

  1. Rude, disrespectful and/or offensive behaviour, including derogatory remarks and disruptive acts amounting to verbal and emotional abuse.

  2. Sexually inappropriate comments or behaviour.

  3. Racist, homophobic, or discriminatory abuse.

  4. Aggressive and violent behaviour.

  5. Drug or alcohol use either at our venue or before arrival.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any service where our team feel unsafe or are subject to discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour.

Governing Law

The Law of England and Wales shall apply to any booking made between you and Love Detailing Ltd, unless a contract is made with you in another country, in which case the law of that country shall take precedence.
